Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GlowPal website at glowpal.beauty, including accounts, saved content, and Premium subscriptions (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

GlowPal is operated by DGT Holdings ("GlowPal," "we," "us"). You can reach us at contact@glowpal.beauty.

2. Not medical advice

GlowPal is an educational resource about skincare ingredients and products. The content, ingredient explainers, routine suggestions, and product recommendations are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. We are not your dermatologist or physician, and using the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always patch-test new products and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing a treatment, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a diagnosed skin condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on GlowPal.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@glowpal.beauty if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Premium subscriptions & billing

GlowPal Premium is a paid subscription billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a subscription you authorize us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account via the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds.Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, email us. We're reasonable.
  • Price changes.We may change prices; we'll give notice before a change affects your renewal.
  • Apple subscriptions.A subscription purchased through the iOS app is billed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms, not these. This section covers subscriptions purchased on the web.

5. Affiliate links

Some product links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not influence our research-based recommendations. See our affiliate disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-download, or resell our content or database;
  • attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use the Service to violate any law or another person's rights.

7. Intellectual property

The GlowPal name, site design, editorial content, and hand-picked database are owned by us and protected by law. Content you save to your account remains associated with you; you grant us the limited right to store and display it back to you as part of the Service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowPal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any skin reaction or outcome resulting from products or routines you choose to use. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; we'll change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
